Mandy Beckner
Creative Executive
Before becoming a Creative Executive at Olympus Pictures, Mandy Beckner was the director's assistant on the Olympus-produced feature film THE ORANGES starring Hugh Laurie and Catherine Keener. Previously she had worked for HBO in New York- first as a coordinator in comedy development at their production company Superego Industries headed by Colbert Report creator and former Daily Show executive producer Ben Karlin. From there she moved on to HBO's new show HOW TO MAKE IT IN AMERICA to assist both the creator of the show Ian Edelman and director and executive producer Julian Farino. Previous to that, she was an assistant to the TV literary agent Leslie Maskin at United Talent Agency. Mandy graduated with honors from the University of Virginia with a BA in History in 2006.
